About Penn Communications

About 10 years ago, owner Matthew Penn began providing freelance graphic design, marketing and public relations services for a handful of clients. Today, with clients all across the United States, we focus primarily on developing database-driven websites for our clients.

Matthew also currently serves as Youth Minister at Centennial Baptist Church - the church where he grew up in as a student.

Occassionaly, big brother Michael Penn is brought in to consult with various projects. Michael has been an IT professional in St. Louis, MO for 15 years.
