Penn Communications just completed a web-based 'trouble ticket' system for Mexico (Missouri) Public Schools.
This customized system allows teachers and other computer users throughout the district to submit a support request for any of their classroom technology problems. On the backend, MPS's tech team can view, process, assign and manage the requests in a very effecient way.
